Each online order requires a series of transactional emails, including ‘order confirmation’, ‘thank you for shopping’, ‘shipping confirmation’, and ‘order received’. The gifs below were designed for the email series.

Task
Develop email templates for online ordering with The Healthy Place. The email series included an auto-generated order confirmation (WooCommerce), manual shipping confirmation (ShipStation, shipping fulfillment software), a third-party review request email (CusRev), and customer support emails (Klaviyo, email service provider). The emails were designed with combination HTML and visual editors.
